We are experienced in all areas of appellate practice, in both state and federal appeal courts.  If a client wishes to appeal an adverse decision arising from an administrative agency or trial court, The Weinberger Law Offices will guide our client through the appellate process.  When a client chooses to pursue its appellate rights, we are equipped to handle both the briefing involved in an appeal, as well as any oral argument which may be requested or ordered, without needing to out-source portions of the work.  This allows us to avoid a piecemeal approach to the appeal.  With our capability to perform all of the work involved with an appeal in-house, we aim to provide our clients with the highest quality of work in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
